Heathrow Park & Ride
Once you have booked online simply drive to our car park where a company representative will greet you and transfer you to the airport in one of our vehicles.
IMPORTANT:Our vehicles carry a maximum of 5 passengers with hand luggage or 3 medium suitcases. If there are 5 or more passengers in your party and you have more than 3 medium suitcases, you will require another vehicle. This can be added on the bookings page for a fee. (Alternatively, drop your passengers at your Terminal yourself prior to coming to our car park to avoid our fee). If you are 4 passengers or less we can accommodate up to 6 medium sized suitcases. FOR SAFETY We may refuse to transfer you if you exceed our baggage rules.
Flight Times
If your return flight to Heathrow is scheduled to arrive earlier than 6am please call us prior to booking to make sure we can open early. Failure to call us prior to making a booking will result in your booking being cancelled and refunded. If your flight is delayed, we will always collect you.
We run a ‘On Demand’ service so require you to be prompt on arrival to our car park. LHR recommends 3 hours for International flights and 2 hours for domestic flights. Our transfer times are a maximum of 15 minutes. Unless you wish to be earlier, when making a reservation we suggest you put the time of entry to our car park based on Heathrow’s recommendations. We understand traffic etc can cause delays but please let us know ASAP if you are going to arrive late so we can rearrange transfer vehicles. On exit please put the time of your flights schedule arrival into LHR, We monitor flights so will be aware of any delays etc.
MEET & GREET Terminal 4 ONLY
- Give us a ring or drop us a message 30mins before you arrive at Heathrow Terminal 4
- Our driver will meet you at the ‘Meet & Greet’ area on Level 3 of the short stay car park.
- We will complete some paperwork, take a video of your car and assist you with your luggage.
- We will park your vehicle at our secure car park 5 minutes from Terminal 4.
- On return, we monitor your flight times and are ready to return your vehicle to you.
- Call us once you have your luggage and we will meet you within 10 minutes of your call.
